EU is coming with new privacy legislation on May 25, 2018. It is the biggest overhaul in over 20 years and many have not understood what fundamental effect it will have on education and in particular for how deal with students and candidates. This class will discuss what do and don't and give practical guidance what to think about. The new law come with a maximum fine of 20 million Euros so readiness is key.
